Smoothie Recipes for Healthy Eating

For a healthy diet, you can make a meal on the go with these simple smoothie recipes. A mixer can make a quick meal of a few ingredients that you keep handy in your refrigerator.

A few simple recipes include soy and whey protein powder or mixed into juice, milk, soy or rice milk. Some ideas smoothie recipe below can help you to be creative in order to add or substitute your own favorite ingredients for your personal favorite recipes.
